SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

We are slowly trying to build community here, which is why we emphasize our SMALL group TRAINING being for all levels. In order for our students to see progress, a new program is created Every 4-6 weeks focusing on a specific skill.

Every SESSIONs starts with warming up and improving joint integrity, which then moves into teaching technique, progressions, and regressions for each individual’s ability.


1-to-1 Sessions

Whether you’re looking to attain a specific goal, or just looking to work around your own schedule we can help. Our one-to-one sessions are individualized and tailored to meet your needs.


Workshops

We host & run movement workshops and other one-off events around the greater Providence area. If you’re interested in having us share our approach with your community/team reach out to us.
